So, that is literally what caused your ANS dysfunction and that is why it is so permanent for you also? <br /><br />I, too, am working on food constantly and I do feel a lot better putting things into my body that I feel good about. I kind of get a high from eating organic and fresh stuff! My favorite day is market day in our house! Not that I don't still want (and eat) the sweets! <br /><br />Good analogy too about not seeing results or things being hard. I'm getting my butt kicked right now and I keep wondering if this is really worth it.
